While one might argue that the club were not at their best in 2022 and 2023 and that
perhaps Visakha and PKR Svay Rieng should haver been champions, the stats do not

By far the most successful team in Khmer football followed by PKR Svay Rieng.
The club play at the 5.1000 capacity RSN Smart Stadium, named after their late

The club are managed by 38 year old Ukrainian national Oleg Starynsky, generally
considered one of the nicest managers in the CPL and also one of the most
successful. having won two championships, as well as one League Cup.
His 2021 Championship was the first time in six years for the team.
As reigning champions the club do not lack in talent and boast a number of national
and international stars. The standout player though is probably Colombian forwar
Neto, who has been pivotal in their last two league championships, as well as being
the first from his country to play within the Kingdom.
Um Vichet the national team goalkeeper and older brother to Um Sereyroth of Tiffy
Army is expected to be the number 1 for next season.
For a club as successful as PPC nothing but being crowned champions will do, but
surely they can’t win the league every year right? Almost impossible that they will
not finish in the top 3.
